helps clients navigate complex tax matters—from equity compensation and multistate filings to trusts and business advisory services—while focusing on minimizing tax exposure and supporting long-term financial strategies.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with clients to simplify intricate tax issues, delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions that help individuals and businesses retain more of what they earn. In his current role, he assists with proactive tax planning, prepares tax returns and projections for clients, and advocates on clients’ behalf before federal and state tax
authorities as needed.

Before joining Henssler, Mr. Yasa served as a Tax Lead Advisor at Brighton Jones, where he developed and executed strategic tax plans, oversaw complex tax return reviews, advised clients on specialized tax issues, maintained strong client relationships, and mentored team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Mr. Yasa earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accounting from Kennesaw State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
