Davis Medford is a Tax Consultant with Henssler CPAs & Advisers, LLC, an affiliate company of Henssler Financial. He joined the firm in June 2025.

Mr. Medford provides strategic guidance to individuals, families, and closely held businesses on a wide range of tax and business matters. With a strong foundation in accounting principles and a client-first approach, he supports tax planning, compliance, and advisory services tailored to each client’s unique financial goals.

By collaborating closely with clients, Mr. Medford simplifies complex tax issues, identifies planning opportunities, and develops practical solutions that support long-term success. His responsibilities include working with individuals and small-business owners to prepare tax returns and projections, calculate estimated quarterly payments, and provide bookkeeping and payroll services. Mr. Medford works closely with the firm’s CPAs to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of technical accuracy.

Before joining Henssler, Mr. Medford served as a Graduate Assistant and Lead Assistant Auditor at the Mississippi State University Office of Internal Audit, where he conducted Basic Control Assessments across various departments to ensure compliance with university policies.

Mr. Medford earned both a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University. He is actively pursuing CPA licensure and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor®.
