Stacy Haubenschild is a Principal and serves as Chief Operating Officer for Henssler Financial. Specializing in project management and process improvement, Ms. Haubenschild is responsible for overseeing the firm’s ongoing operations to ensure business efficiency. As part of Henssler’s management team, she collaborates with others to develop and implement plans for Henssler Financial’s operational infrastructure, work flow processes and key personnel to accommodate the firm’s growth. Ms. Haubenschild works closely with each department director to implement the growth strategies and benchmarks set by each department. She also ensures the individual goals from each division work in concert toward attaining the firm’s short-term and long-term goals.

Along with the firm’s Managing Director, William G. Lako, Jr., CFP®, she leads the management team and guides all divisions within Henssler Financial. Ms. Haubenschild joined the firm in 2007 as Director of Operations, overseeing the measurement and effectiveness of internal and external processes. She became a firm Principal in 2019.

Ms. Haubenschild is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Kennesaw State University Foundation, which helps receive, invest, protect and allocate private gifts and contributions to the University. She also sits on the Advisory Board for the University’s Coles College of Business, which provides administration with support and advice regarding policies, programs, and the direction of the College. She is a member of the Professional Advisors Network for the Cobb Community Foundation.

She completed the exclusive one-year Charles Schwab Executive Leadership Program, an elite training program that focuses on developing leadership, innovation, talent management, strategic marketing, and entrepreneurship skills to help leaders to manage and grow their firms. Ms. Haubenschild was also a member of the 2017-2018 class for the Leadership Cobb program presented by the Cobb Chamber of Commerce. Through this program, Ms. Haubenschild explored the economic, political, educational, and social factors at work in Cobb County.

Ms. Haubenschild is a past member of the Leadership Cobb Alumni Executive Board, a former Board of Directors Member for the Center for Family Resources, and served as president for the Board of Directors for Marietta Country Club, in addition to serving on the Finance, Communications, and Social committees.

Prior to joining Henssler, she worked for seven years in the health care industry performing project management, implementing electronic medical record software, and executing quality assurance initiatives. She managed a multi-specialty clinic with more than 100 employees. Ms. Haubenschild has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
