Silver Service Plan

With this plan, a professional will install the program and set up a chart of accounts where the business can record transactions in QuickBooks.

	Would like to have QuickBooks software professionally installed and tested

The Silver Service Plan provides professional set up and training on the QuickBooks system. It includes:

	On-site professional installation of the QuickBooks software program
	Set up of the business as a new company in QuickBooks and the initial details on the business
	Set up Chart of Accounts (list that is used to record transactions in QuickBooks)
	Training — 2 hours (manual checks or issue computer checks, enter deposits, issue invoices to clients, and maintaining accounts receivable with QuickBooks)

The Silver package setup and training is initiated at our offices. Installation is completed in the client's office.

Gold Service Plan

The Gold Service Plan is a comprehensive plan for the installation, set up and training of a new QuickBooks accounting system. This complete installation of QuickBooks includes the set up of payroll transactions features and set up of a chart of accounts where the business can record transactions in QuickBooks.

	Will use QuickBooks for its powerful payroll capabilities including payroll taxes
	Wants to invoice clients using QuickBooks (companies that generate and mail invoices)
	Would like to have QuickBooks software professionally installed and tested
	Is interested in tracking sales invoices, accounts receivables, and sales history

We Recommend the "Gold Service Plan"
The Gold Service Plan is a comprehensive plan for the installation, set up and training on a new QuickBooks accounting system. It includes:

	On-site professional installation of the QuickBooks software program
	Complete set up of the business in the QuickBooks system (as a new company)
	Set up Chart of Accounts (used to record transactions in QuickBooks)
	Set up Payroll transaction features to process payroll (5 or fewer employees)
	Training — 3 hours (manual checks or issue computer checks, enter deposits, issue invoices to clients, maintaining accounts receivable with QuickBooks, issue payroll for 5 employees or less, paying payroll taxes and basics on QuickBooks)

The Gold package setup and training is initiated at our offices. Installation is completed in the client's office.
